Recreation Center.
Print out the registration form, fill it out completely, sign and date it, include your entry $12 entry fee for each person and send it to:

Race Day Registration: 
Race Day registration is $15 per person. Please come early if you plan to register on race day.

Registration Fees:
Online entry fee is $15. Online registration closes November 23rd.

Mail-in or drop off Registration fee is $12 and must be received before race day.
Make checks payable to Hiedeman Turkey Day 5K.

Race day registrations are accepted, fee is $15.   Please arrive early!
Registrations received after November 14th will have their shirts delivered/mailed
approximately two weeks after the race.
